GROUP QUALITY MANAGER

We´re still growing and currently looking for an experienced GROUP QUALITY MANAGER! Our new colleague will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring Group SOPs in Corporate and to ensure the cascading process in Country units. Significant initial focus on development and implementation of Group wide Quality standards and supporting the Group Quality, Compliance and Risk function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Support the Group-wide process of quality standards implementation and ensure that the standards will be understood, implemented and monitored on the Group level.
  • Support Quality audits on Group level and in the Countries when needed.
  • Consult and communicate with the Quality responsible persons within the Corporate Functions and Countries.
  • Assist with the development of process-based Document & Data Management Platform.
  • Supports keeping the Quality Management System documentation up to date on Group level, providing regular input to CEO reports for the board.
  • Periodically conduct audits in clinics and labs to ensure compliance to the local and Group Quality SOPs as well as ISO standards (ISO 9m ISO 15189 etc.).
  • Supports coordination, supervision and auditing of the Group Quality System.
  • Supports planning and conducting internal training regarding Quality Management System, also with eLearning tools .
  • EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • University degree (preferred in quality or similar)
  • At least 4 years of experience in quality management on country level
  • Very good or fluent in written and spoken English (a second language is a bonus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, NOTION or other information/Document handling system
  • Recognized Quality Management qualification
  • Demonstrable experience as a Quality Manager or similar
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a bonus
  • Structured, organized and capable to oversee full complexity of business context

  • Service supremacy and quality awareness
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required while still adhering to process

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and executives
  • Proficiency in analysing and solving problems related to projects
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently
  • Multi-cultural mind-set and hands-on approach as part of a great international QM Team
