Group Head of Customer Care


We are looking for an excellent leader to guarantee a seamless journey for our customers throughout the NEXTCLINICS network. The Group Head of Customer Care manages a team that takes care of our customers’ needs. He/she reports to the chief operations officer and is in charge of the daily management of our Customer Care Centre. We greatly value our customer care department and its crucial role in facilitating a superior customer experience.

The Group Head of Customer Care will:

  • Be responsible for the direction and supervision of all customer care processes across our NEXTCLINICS units in different countries
  • Interact with members of the healthcare and administrative teams and foster transparent communication between entities at all levels among all relevant functions
  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate the overall clinical and business operations of the Customer Care Centre
  • Participate in the development and administration of clinical and business SOPs, as well as contribute to strategic planning
  • Drive the alignment of our internal teams in order to provide an outstanding service experience for our customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Contribute to smooth and seamless management of all processes along the customer journey.


  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
  • Certified and proficient in quality and compliance
  • Working toward certification from the Society for Quality to become a Certified Quality Auditor
  • 2 years of related experience in a medical and/or healthcare environment
  • Ideally experience with medical/laboratory environments
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be familiar with word processing and database software, spreadsheet programs, email, and Internet applications.

  • Mentoring and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in managing change
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment

The position will be based in Augsburg and report to the international COO.
